TEXI 781 SERVO PREMIUM EX is an industrial automatic straight buttonhole machine with a thread trimmer, designed for sewing light and medium fabrics. The machine features a safety mechanism that prevents fabric cutting in the event of thread breakage, ensuring reliable and safe operation.

Thanks to the integrated Servo motor mounted directly on the machine shaft, the traditional clutch system has been eliminated. This solution significantly improves operating parameters, resulting in reduced vibration, lower noise levels and increased sewing precision.

The number of stitches in the buttonhole is adjusted using interchangeable gear sets, allowing precise control over buttonhole appearance. The machine is equipped with a standard clamp 30 × 6 mm and an additional clamp 45 × 7 mm, extending its application range.

Buttonhole length ranges from 6.4 – 25.4 mm, and can be extended up to 31.8 mm after changing the clamp. The cutting length ranges from 6.4 – 19.1 mm, and can reach 31 mm with an optional knife. The maximum presser foot lift is 12 mm, and the maximum sewing speed is 3,600 stitches per minute.

The machine is supplied as a PREMIUM EX set with a 2-year full warranty, including 10 SCHMETZ sewing needles.

For best results, SCHMETZ needle system 135×5 or 135×5 SERV7 is recommended, with the appropriate needle point selected according to the fabric type.
