Method and delivery cost

The delivery price is calculated automatically and is clearly shown before order confirmation (depending on weight, volume, and delivery zone).

For heavier/bulky shipments (e.g., > 20 kg or above standard dimensions), a special tariff applies according to the delivery zone. The exact price is displayed in the cart.

Delivery times

Products marked “in stock” are usually delivered within 5–7 business days.

For card/COD payments, the period runs from order confirmation; for bank transfer (pro forma), from the moment the payment is recorded.

For islands, the timeframe may be extended by an additional 2–4 business days (depending on schedule and route).

Note: If an item is not currently available in the nearest warehouse, it may be sourced from another store/central warehouse, which may reasonably extend the delivery time. The same applies to promotional items with increased demand. If a specific product cannot be delivered, we will contact you to arrange a replacement or partial/complete cancellation.
Tracking and receipt

After the parcel is handed over to the carrier, we send a tracking link to your e-mail.

Delivery is made to the address specified in the order; additional delivery attempts and any redirection are handled according to the carrier’s rules.
Packaging and parcel inspection

Products are packed to prevent damage under normal transport handling.

Recommendation: upon receipt, inspect the packaging. If it is visibly damaged, ask the courier to record it and return the parcel. If the packaging is intact, open it carefully and keep it until the return period expires.
