Easy Threader (Upper/lower looper threads)
Using the easy threader feature, easily thread the machine from the threading hole to the looper with the power of a strong whoosh of air sent from the electric motor. This amazing function makes it fast and easy when threading the upper and lower looper.

TWA
This overlock machine is equipped with the patented TWA mechanism. With the TWA system it is possible to achieve the perfect sewing result without changing the thread tension. This is particularly practical when sewing different numbers of layers of fabric.
Switch to 2-thread sewing simply by pushing the 2-/3-thread changeover attachment to the left, making this operation even easier.
With the automatic needle threader, threading the two overlock needles is child’s play. Simply press the lever down and place the thread in front of the needle. The thread then threads itself through the eye of the needle as if by itself. Thanks to this technology, both overlock needles can be threaded quickly and easily.
The setting options for the differential feed and the stitch length are easily arranged on the overlock MO-2500. For longer or shorter stitches, simply adjust the stitch length between 1 mm and 4 mm. The differential transport helps an overlock machine to optimally transport elastic materials.
The waste bin included as a standard accessory catches cut fabric scraps and is useful for keeping the area clean.
The MO-2500 has a large distance of 72.4mm between the sewing area and the overlock machine head. This gives you plenty of scope for your future sewing projects.
Of course, the overlock MO-2500 also has an LED light. This optimally illuminates your sewing area regardless of the lighting conditions.
With adjustable presser foot pressure, you can now react individually to the type of material. Whether it is a fine, medium or heavy fabric – the presser foot can be easily adjusted. Using an easy-to-read chart, you can identify and set basic and presser foot pressure setting
Finding the right thread tension is always a difficult task. Especially when a seam doesn’t look exactly the way you wanted it to. To make it easy to adjust the tension for the right thread, the Juki MO-2500 overlocker has different clearly arranged thread tensions for the hook and needle threads. Don’t worry, the thread tension can be easily adjusted. As a little help, the tension wheels have markings to return to the basic settings.
This tray is useful for temporarily storing needles when changing the seam setting from 2-needle sewing to 1-needle sewing or when changing the needle. There are two magnetic shelves on the machine, one on the right and one on the left of the machine head.
