Industrial Buttonhole Machine with Thread Trimmer and Built-In Motor – for Light and Medium Fabrics

This industrial straight buttonhole machine is designed for sewing light and medium materials. It features a built-in motor mounted on the machine head and an automatic thread trimmer, ensuring stable, quiet and efficient operation in professional garment production.

The machine is equipped with a safety device that prevents fabric cutting in the event of thread breakage. The number of stitches is adjusted by spur gears, providing reliable and precise control over the buttonhole sewing process.

The standard clamp size is 40 × 6.6 mm, with a buttonhole length range of 6.4 – 25.4 mm and a cut-out length of 6.4 – 19.1 mm. The maximum presser foot lift is 12 mm, and the maximum sewing speed reaches 3,600 stitches per minute. The machine is also supplied with an additional knife and presser foot for producing larger buttonholes up to 31.75 mm.

It is delivered as a complete sewing machine, mounted on a stand with a PREMIUM tabletop from the renowned Kessler brand. The tabletop is manufactured from 30-layer birch plywood and covered with a high-resistance structural laminate, ensuring long service life and excellent resistance to impact and abrasion.

For best sewing results, SCHMETZ needle system 135×5 or 135×5 SERV7 is recommended, with the appropriate needle point selected according to the fabric type.
