Sewing Performance and Machine Management via IoT (Internet of Things)
With IoT integration, sewing performance and machine management are streamlined. Users can manage, view, and edit data through dedicated application software. Adjustment settings tailored to specific products can be wirelessly transferred to a compatible Android tablet, allowing for quick confirmation of uniform settings and monitoring of machine conditions across a sewing line—simplifying setup changes.

A USB port is included as standard on the operation panel. Users can easily manage data and perform software updates using a USB flash drive. Sewing parameters are digitally stored, ensuring consistent quality and reducing setup time. Quantified data can be extracted via an Android tablet or USB flash drive.

All Sewing Conditions Displayed on a Single Screen
Thread tension, stitch length, presser foot pressure, alternate vertical movement, and other settings are conveniently shown on one screen for easy adjustment.

Energy-Saving Features

• Auto-Off Backlight: The operation panel’s backlight turns off after a preset time.

• Sleep Mode: Power to the motor and other components turns off automatically after a period of inactivity.
  Both settings are configurable on the operation panel.

Digitally Controlled Presser Foot Pressure
The presser foot pressure is managed by a digital control system. In automatic mode, the machine detects fabric thickness and adjusts pressure accordingly. In manual mode, pressure can be adjusted via a hand switch.

Optimal Stitching on Multi-Layered Sections
The machine detects changes in material thickness when sewing multiple layers or different materials and automatically adjusts stitch length, thread tension, presser foot pressure, and alternate vertical movement as predefined.

Threshold Settings for Multi-Layer Detection
In teaching mode, the machine measures the thickness of normal and multi-layered sections, and sets the optimal detection threshold values automatically.

Jog Dial Enhances Operability
Operators can move the needle bar up and down with the jog dial instead of using the handwheel. Pressing the dial activates a ½ needle-stitch correction (one-touch function).

Multi-Functional 6-String Switch
Sewing data—such as stitch length, thread tension, presser foot pressure, alternate vertical movement, and speed—can be quickly switched using the one-touch switch. Up to four functions can be assigned to the six-button hand switch, touch-back switch, and jog dial.

Bobbin Thread Winding Device
Automatic bobbin winding eliminates the need for manual winding.

Safe Maintenance with Standby Switch
Activating the standby switch prevents accidental machine startup, disabling the panel, switches, and jog dial. Maintenance tasks such as threading or needle changes can be performed safely.

High-Torque Direct-Drive Motor
All models with thread trimmers use a direct-drive motor, ensuring fast startup, accurate stopping, and excellent responsiveness.

LED Light
The adjustable LED light offers five brightness levels, including Off. Operators can select their preferred brightness for better visibility and improved work efficiency.
