JACK A5E-B AMH2 – Intelligent Industrial Lockstitch Sewing Machine

The JACK A5E-B AMH2 is a next-generation 1-needle flatbed lockstitch industrial sewing machine, equipped with the AMH2 adaptive material handling system and second-generation dual-core AI technology.

Thanks to its dual-core chip with Artificial Intelligence, the machine detects fabric changes in real time and instantly communicates them to the new APE Dual Drive motors, which are up to 4 times more responsive. This advanced system ensures perfectly balanced feeding and stitch consistency on both light and heavy materials.

With increased torque of up to 11.3 Nm, the A5E-B AMH2 is capable of penetrating up to 110 sheets of A4 paper, making it suitable for demanding sewing operations.

The machine features a semi-dry head design, with lubrication only in the hook area, eliminating the risk of oil stains on fabrics. The extended under-arm space of 305 mm (compared to the standard 270 mm) provides greater comfort when working with large or bulky items.

Designed for efficiency, precision, and cleanliness, the A5E-B AMH2 represents a complete upgrade over previous A5 series models.
