GMP E² 160.30 – Flatwork Ironer

The GMP E² 160.30 is an industrial flatwork ironer designed for operations that require consistent productivity combined with low maintenance costs.

After a short pre-drying phase reducing linen humidity to approximately 25%, the E² 160.30 rotary ironer becomes an ideal solution for medium-size laundries, typically working in combination with washer extractors with a load capacity of up to 30 kg.

Thanks to its robust construction and oversized components, the E² 160.30 allows reliable operation even in two working shifts. A wide ironing surface and a 1.6 meter roller allow ironing of linen up to 3.2 meters wide, while high ironing pressure and a dedicated steam extraction system ensure excellent performance and finishing quality.

The E² ironer offers high operational flexibility thanks to the possibility of saving up to 50 personalized ironing programs, allowing users to store their preferred combinations of temperature and speed for consistent professional results.

The SHARP Control system is the first platform on the market to include an integrated ironing guide and troubleshooting section, ensuring intuitive operation and efficient performance.
