TEXI RAM L-A – Industrial Sewing Machine for Heavy-Duty Materials with Extended Workspace

TEXI RAM L-A is an automatic single-needle industrial sewing machine designed for medium and heavy-duty applications, featuring an extended working area of 635 mm. Its unison feed system (bottom, top, and needle feed) and large 28 mm bobbin ensure stable, precise stitching of wide and thick materials.

Equipped with automatic functions – electromagnetic thread trimming, electropneumatic foot lift, and automatic backtack – the machine increases sewing efficiency and operator comfort.
The energy-efficient DIRECT DRIVE AC servo motor (220–240 V) reduces vibrations and provides smooth, quiet operation, while the integrated LED lighting and intuitive control panel enhance visibility and ease of use.

TEXI RAM L-A sews with a stitch length of up to 9 mm at a maximum speed of 2000 stitches per minute, with a walking foot lift of up to 16 mm.
Additional quick-access buttons allow easy adjustment of functions such as backtacking, stitch shortening, upper thread tension release, and foot lift height control.
