Jack Z7-18100 is a professional flatbed sewing machine designed for extra heavy materials such as leather, upholstery, bags, automotive and marine interiors, mattresses and similar applications. Thanks to its powerful 850W motor and triple feed system (feed dog, needle and walking foot), this machine guarantees precise and stable stitches even on multi-layered and very thick materials.
The integrated AI chip with thickness sensor automatically adjusts the thread tension as well as the walking foot movement and height, making sewing easier and faster without manual adjustments.
The electronically controlled handwheel located next to the needle allows smooth and precise positioning, while the XXL 32 mm thread hook is equipped with an electronically controlled lubrication system, managed directly via the integrated touch screen panel.
For maximum productivity, the Jack Z7-18100 offers automatic thread trimming, automatic backtacking, pneumatic presser foot lift, double stitch length and both automatic walking foot movement adjustment (HP) and a double manual selection of walking foot height. All functions can be activated quickly by pressing a button – especially useful when sewing over thick seams or when shaping precise corners.
